Absolutely no refunds once a key has been issued.
Our ability to initiate refunds for pre-orders is directed solely by the policy of our payment providers. (PayPal, for example doesn't allow refunds after 60 days)

No refunds on games purchased outside of our web environment. (PAX sales, re-sales, etc.)
Refunds must be submitted to email@example.com. The email address used for purchase must match the email address created in PAnet.
